Don Wiles


Allegiance Proudly Announces Don Wiles As Director of Allegiance Cadets

Don is a Co-Director for Allegiance Color Guard. He currently resides in West Dundee, Illinois and has a daughter actively participating in Allegiance. He has been involved in marching band, drum corps, and winter guard as a performer, instructor and adjudicator for many years.

Don began his color guard career in Rosemont, Illinois with the Cavalier Cadets Drum & Bugle Corps between 1979 and 1983 before marching with the Cavaliers in 1984. From 1985 to 1989 he marched with one of the Midwest’s most fun and exciting programs, Anthron Winter Guard!

In 1990, Don began designing and instructing color guard at Pekin High School followed by the Imperial Scots Marching Band of Dundee, Illlinois from 1991-1993.

As his teaching career began, so did his passion for judging at color guard competitions. From 1990 through present, Don continues to judge for the Indiana High School Color Guard Association (IHSCGA) and Winter Guard International (WGI) Color Guard and Percussion.

Don is looking forward to another successful season of color guard at Allegiance!
