How to Prepare

Stretch and spin every day. Spinning daily will improve your body’s comfort with the physics of the equipment. Stretching assists in flexibility and overall health. Eat well and exercise. Physical fitness, stamina, energy, strength and flexibility are important things to the instructional and design staff. Work on posture, stage presence, flexibility, control, catching, recovery, performance skills, and dance technique.
