What to Wear

Preferably black, form-fitted, flexible clothing that allows the staff to see your body lines, ankles and feet. T-shirts, yoga pants, sweat pants and shorts are all acceptable as long as they are not too baggy. No jeans or skirts please! Dance shoes are optional for the movement session. Athletic shoes and socks are a must for the equipment sessions. If you have long bangs, they should be secured away from the face and long hair should be pulled up off of the shoulders in a ponytail or bun.
